Enquirers for HCRs and EPCs are requested to provide details of estimated market value and estimated property age along with any details of unusual aspects of the property.

For SBEM and SAP quotations details of the gross floor area of each individual building will be required. On acceptance of the service, full plans and detailed specifications must be provided to enable satisfactory execution.
